PGA Tour Superstore Partners with Local CMN to Help Raise Money for Children!

This year, the PGA Tour and Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals partnered in effort to help the 10 million kids treated at local children’s hospitals each year.

From June 1st up until July 14th, our local PGA Tour Superstore fundraised $1,028 through a register campaign and corporate match. During the campaign, customers were invited to donate $1, $3, $5, or any amount, all of which benefit the local CMN Hospital in each store’s community.

CHOP is extremely grateful for their commitment to change kids’ health, to change the future! This initiative helps create breakthroughs for children like Shawn, being treated at local Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.  Shawn was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) on his fifth birthday. After a successful induction, he was driven into remission and shortly after he began outpatient chemotherapy at the CHOP Care Network King of Prussia Specialty Care Center. Entering the maintenance phase of leukemia treatment, he was scheduled for outpatient chemotherapy once a month up until 2015. Fast forward to now, his hair has grown back, and he is feeling great. At CHOP, Shawn’s mom finds hope and optimism where it might not be expected.

Thank you PGA for helping kids like Shawn!
